Membership and personal use limitation
Access to and use of some of the web sites are available only to members using passwords and usernames allocated to them upon receipt of a completed registration form. You agree to keep secure and not provide or disclose to or share with any third parties any username or password you use to access the web sites and you will not log into the web sites using a third party's username or password.

AKH Media Group makes no representations about the suitability of the content, material or information contained in the pages, documents, downloads and graphics published on the web sites ("Content") for any purpose. We have the right without liability to change descriptions and specifications in relation to the Services. We may provide access to a range of goods and services available for you to buy from third parties who are members of the AKH Media Group Community and we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect cost, claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, claim, or other matter arising out of or in connection with any order you place with such third party. While no personal data will be released to third party's, we reserve the right to aggregate data for analysis purposes only.

TERMINATION
Adsense Detective at its sole discretion may terminate any Member's Account or use of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, violation of this Agreement. Further, you acknowledge that Adsense Detective, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You further agree that Adsense Detective shall not be liable for any termination of Service.

Intellectual property and copyright
All intellectual property rights and copyright in the web sites, their Content, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material on the web sites are reserved to Adsense Detective.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, AKH MEDIA GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF SOFTWARE OR DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE PROPERTIES, EVEN IF ADSENSE DETECTIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION E APPLY TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ADSENSE DETECTIVE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER SITE USERS AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AKH Media Group, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including without limitation, attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the SITE.
